Hip Hip Hooray! Yoga for the Hips with Jenni Brandon

In this class we’ll focus on opening the hips. We’ll do poses that create more flexibility and mobility in the hips and legs. These poses will also support increasing range of motion as well alleviating back discomfort that can come from tightness in this area from time seated for practicing and performing. Meditation and breath work will help support finding your way into these poses, and restorative poses will ease tight hips and create relaxation for your day. Great for all levels – please bring a yoga strap (a scarf or belt works too), and a blanket or pillow for supporting poses. 10:30am EST/7:30am PST (60 minutes) Click here to join the zoom meeting
