Yoga Nidra Class with Veronica Wells
“Nidra” means “sleep.” In this guided meditation we incrementally relax different parts of our bodies while our minds stay awake. In this deep state of relaxed awareness, we can let go of stress and set powerful intentions. Bring a pillow, blanket, and anything else that will help you lay down comfortably for 45 minutes.

Yin Yoga Class with Veronica Wells
In this slow-paced class, we will let go of stress and tension by holding postures for several minutes. Have some props, such as pillows, blankets, yoga blocks, or a stack of books handy.

Gentle Stretch and Restorative Yoga Class with Jenni Brandon
Renew and restore in this gentle yoga class. You’ll breathe, stretch, meditate, and ground yourself to start your day off just right. We’ll use props such as blankets, strap (or belt or scarf) to support opening the body safely and gently. A great class for everyone and a great way to get us grounded and focused for the day ahead.

Vinyasa Yoga Class with Veronica Wells
In this Vinyasa-based practice we will focus on the core and hips to simultaneously build strength and range of motion. We will flow with our breath in a pace that is suitable for all levels. Props like yoga blocks are welcome, but not required.

Hip Hip Hooray! Yoga for the Hips with Jenni Brandon
In this class we’ll focus on opening the hips. We’ll do poses that create more flexibility and mobility in the hips and legs. These poses will also support increasing range of motion as well alleviating back discomfort that can come from tightness in this area from time seated for practicing and performing. Meditation and breath work will help support finding your way into these poses, and restorative poses will ease tight hips and create relaxation for your day. Great for all levels – please bring a yoga strap (a scarf or belt works too), and a blanket or pillow for supporting poses.
