Rates:
Regular Single Day Symposium Pass $125, Student Single Day Symposium Pass $65,
Concert or Competition Performance Ticket $30
Full Regular Symposium Pass $375, Full Student Symposium Pass $200
Please note that there is some distance between UNCSA campus and hotels/restaurants. A complimentary shuttle is available for all attendees between Brookstown Inn (walking distance for most of downtown) and UNCSA campus . See below for schedule
Lunch is also available for purchase in advance, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday see Registration page to purchase.

Campus Information
Registration/Ticekts: online registration is now closed. You can purchase full symposium and single day passes each day during the symposium at the Registration Table found in the School of Music. Single tickets (for those not attending the symposium) will be available for $30 for all recitals and competition performances
Parking: is free for all Meg Quigley participants, no parking pass needed. See map for lot information

Hanes Student Commons (Eisenberg Social Hall): Vendors, prepaid lunch pickup, and Sunday Banquet
Gray Building: Crawford Hall, Hood Recital Hall, and practice rooms
School of Music: Shuttle Drop-off and Pick-up, Registration Table, Watson Hall, SMC 167 and SMC 168

Food and Coffee Options
There are many food options in downtown Winston-Salem. Because of the distance between downtown and UNCSA campus, Meg Quigley is offering the option to purchase lunch in advance on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please see our registration page to purchase. Lunch purchases available in advance, must be purchased by January 2, 2025

Practice rooms are available on a first come basis. Keys can be checked out at the registration table.
Keys may be needed for rehearsals and sound checks as well. Please see registration table if needed.
Audio and Video Recording Information
All recitals and competition rounds will be recorded with audio and video and will be made available to performers after the end of the Symposium. No other audio/visual recording is allowed at these events. Performance class performers will be allowed to record themselves performing, with the permission of the teacher of the class. At all other events, photography is encouraged, but no audio or video recording is permitted.
Shuttle
A complimentary shuttle is available for all attendees between Brookstown Inn (walking distance for most of downtown) and UNCSA campus.

Thursday: UNCSA to Brookstown Inn - 10:00pm and 10:30pm
Friday and Saturday: Brookstown Inn to UNCSA - 7:30am and 7:55am; UNCSA to Brookstown Inn - 10:00pm and 10:30pm
Sunday: Brookstown Inn to UNCSA - 7:30am and 7:55am; UNCSA to Brookstown Inn - 9:00pm and 9:30pm

Airports
Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) in Greensboro is the closest airport to UNCSA, and provides several major carriers. The airport is 22 miles from campus. Some ground transportation to and from PTI is also available.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) in Charlotte is a 1.5-hour drive from the UNCSA campus.
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) in the Triangle region is a 2-hour drive from the UNCSA campus.
